We offer FREE delivery within Europe for all online orders from Tartesia.com. We use registered delivery services so that we can track any parcel. We do charge a small additional fee for any customers who require fast shipping. We will send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped.

We hope you will be delighted with your order from Tartesia.com. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned items must be unused and in new condition, and posted back within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging and with all the accompanying parts, tags and paperwork. Please note that earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons. We will not be able to exchange or refund gift cards, or any items that are damaged, have missing parts or are generally not in the original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your usual statutory rights are not affected.

The items are your responsibility until they have reached us. We recommend that you send the items using a recorded delivery service that insures you for the value of the items. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the items. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued. Please check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company before contacting us about your delayed refund.
If your exchange is approved, the new items will be sent to you as soon as possible free of charge.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you as the gift receiver, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
